Liquido freni ENI DOT 4 - 1 L

eni Brake Fluid DOT 4 is a special yellow colored fluid, specially designed for use in disc and/or drum brake circuits, as well as in clutch actuation systems. It is also recommended for all cases where the brake system is subjected to very severe operating conditions, such as: motorhomes, commercial vehicles, etc.

Properties and performance: 

• The high boiling point value allows the use of eni Brake Fluid DOT 4 in complete safety, even when the components of the braking system are subjected to high temperatures, such as in the case of the disc brake system, avoiding the risk of vapor bubbles appearing in the circuit.

• The viscosity is chosen to ensure the use of the product at low temperatures.

• The product is not corrosive to materials used in brake circuits, including cadmium and zinc.

• The product is perfectly compatible with all elastomers, thus preventing damage to sealing gaskets.

• The product possesses good lubricating and anti-wear properties.

• The product has very good chemical stability even at high temperatures.

To avoid lowering the boiling point through the absorption of atmospheric moisture, the product from sealed containers should be used. The remaining fluid, retained for possible additions, should be kept in perfectly airtight containers to prevent the absorption of moisture.
