eni GREASE MU EP are multi-purpose, high-performance, lithium soap-based greases, yellow-brown in color, slightly fibrous, with EP (Extreme Pressure) additives. The grease with NLGI 00 consistency contains a special thickener that ensures the product's ability to lubricate closed gears.

* The presence of EP (Extreme Pressure) additives ensures that eni Grease MU EP greases have the ability to form a particularly adherent film that resists even high pulsating loads, thus preventing metal-metal contact between lubricated surfaces.

* The multifunctional characteristics of eni Grease MU EP greases ensure easier planning in terms of ensuring lubrication, thus reducing the assortments of greases that need to be supplied and stored.

* Good physicochemical stability and superior oxidation resistance ensure that these greases maintain their characteristics even after a long period of exposure to high mechanical and thermal loads.

* The high dropping point allows the use of these products in a wide temperature range. eni Grease MU EP 2 passes the performance tests imposed by the tests: FAG FE 9 (DIN 51821-02) and SKF R2F at 120°C.

* The products provide effective protection against rusting of steel and corrosion of non-ferrous materials and adhere very well to metal surfaces, thus resisting removal in the event of strong vibrations.

* eni Grease MU EP are water resistant and can be used in humid environments or in contact with water. Having good pumpability, easy distribution is ensured even at low temperatures .

Uses:

eni Grease MU EP greases are used in all situations where products with EP (Extreme Pressure) properties are required: sliding and rolling bearings operating under high thermo-mechanical stresses and, in general, for all lubrication points where operating conditions are very difficult. Their capacity to withstand loads ensures the expansion of their field of use.

eni Grease MU EP 00 is used, in particular, for the lubrication of cylindrical and bevel steel gears, but also of worm gears operating at medium temperatures and mechanical loads, or for any gear where the application of oil is difficult, while the grease ensures a very long service life.

eni Grease MU EP 00 can also be used in centralized lubrication systems of heavy trucks, agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, but also for the lubrication of machine tool guides.
